OUR VISION
A Woman-Owned Law Firm Built to Win
At Gramenos Law Group (GLG), our focus is simple: helping you succeed as you navigate one of the most challenging legal processes you may ever face.
The Social Security disability system is notoriously difficult. In fact, nearly three out of four applicants are denied within the first few months of filing. That reality is frustrating—but it is not the end of the road.
We help change the odds.
Our team takes a proactive, strategic approach from the very first phone call. We do not wait to react to problems—we work to prevent them. From evidence development to deadlines to communication with Social Security, we build strong cases early and refine them continuously. When you become a client at GLG, you are not just hiring a law firm—you are joining a dedicated team committed to winning your case.
Together, we work closely with our clients to present the strongest possible claim and pursue the benefits you deserve. That approach works. Attorney Diana Gramenos Dowd has helped recover more than $5 million in benefits owed to her clients.
GLG is proudly led by President and Attorney Diana Gramenos Dowd, a seasoned advocate with over 18 years of experience representing more than 1,500 disabled Americans nationwide before the Social Security Administration. As a woman-owned firm, GLG is built on preparation, precision, and meaningful client relationships—because strong communication and thorough preparation lead to successful outcomes.
At Gramenos Law Group, we do not just manage cases.
We fight for people—and we set the bar higher for what clients should expect from their legal team.
DEBRA - IL
I am so grateful for Diana Gramenos Dowd law firm and her team. They are all very professional, efficient, effective, kind, understanding. They all work very hard on fighting for their clients. I would definitely recommend this law firm to stand by your side.
GRACE - NY
When one is struck by disability, they are not always able to advocate for themselves. I had cancer in my brain and complex processes are overwhelming to me. Gramenos Law Group understood my situation and from the first phone call made the process easier and, dare I say, almost fun. After so much struggle against the random tragedy of illness it was a relief to find a group that truly understood the system and broke it down into small actionable steps. Attentive, fast, professional, compassionate, they made me feel that I mattered. Unlike any other law firm, in my experience, they managed my expectations exceedingly well. If you are disabled, I am sorry, but these people will help.
SCOTT - IL
Diana and her outstanding staff have been a true blessing. After 5 long years my disability finally was approved. Their experience paid off! I would highly recommend Gramenos Law Group!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
