53 year old male. Michael suffered from multiple physical impairments, including back surgery, difficulty ambulating, knee pain and status post bilateral knee surgery. Michael also had a drug problem/drinking problem. He was denied twice at two hearings. I was able to have his case remanded back to a new ALJ for a third hearing and his case was finally approved after over four years of fighting!
He collected more than $60,000 in backpay!
